I had the guys in from Canada today who had never fished saltwater before. The day started with a ton of fog but that didn’t stop us from getting out there.
We started fishing a bridge for some sheepshead and then moved off to some docks and mangrove lines to catch some redfish and snook. The bait of choice today was definitely a nice healthy shrimp but we did pick up a few reds on other bait.
The water temps are starting to warm up and I’m expecting the fishing in Tampa Bay to keep getting better throughout spring.
