Early summer has been great for fishing near St. Pete Beach and in Tampa Bay. The snook fishing has been hot most days with many of our clients catching their first snook.

We’ve also been catching redfish and trout when we target them but most days are spent targeting snook. Snook, redfish, and trout are all catch and release until May 2020 but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun catching them.

Tarpon have shown up in full force with the best times to fish for them being around the new moon and full moon. Tarpon fishing dates are filling up fast so don’t hesitate to book your tarpon fishing charter.

If you’re traveling to the St. Pete, Tampa, Bradenton, Clearwater area and want to catch some fish make sure you book your fishing charter with White Pearl Fishing Charters today and if you’re looking for a great local tackle shop in the area with a great selection I always recommend you check out St. Pete Fishing Outfitters.
